The car quality was very good. It was very comfortable with plenty of room for what we needed. The car was parked a day earlier than our trip start time, which we were unaware of and had to pay the parking fee for.

Car is new and very fuel efficient. Lane assist and adaptive cruise control help with long drives. Also has wireless android auto and car play. Would book again

Very clean and easy airport pickup and drop off

The host was very accommodating but the car was not even close to ‘as advertised’. All pictures showed a Tesla Model 3 in perfect condition. Upon pickup the host told me not to worry about washing the car because it had been rear ended and the tailgate didn’t close properly. The rear damage was significant. Not only was the rear of the car hit, but the passenger side had been hit below the passenger door and had significant damage there as well. When I questioned the host he said ‘the car has wear and tear’ and when pressed he said ‘I am dealing with insurance on the damage and I will offer a 5% discount’. I’ve used OreGO Rentals for several years on business and personal travel and this was the first issue I’ve ever encountered.

Excellent host. Very responsive and I loved the Lexus. The car was in great condition and perfect for my needs over the weekend family wedding. We picked up the car at the airport and dropped off easily. Would love to use this again. I highly recommend.
