Great car and wonderful host.

Great and easy!

Great ride, no issues. Easy peasy! Vu is great!

Host was great and responsive. Car was in good shape and clean. Would use again.

The only thing was the window on the drivers side malfunctioned multiple times during our trip, otherwise we loved the car!

Great service and very easy instructions. Car was as advertised. Will always use him anytime I fly into Portland.

Best rental car company ever! So professional. I love this company and u will to. Highly recommend

Great overall vehicle. Great on gas, clean, and the Host is very responsive.

easy pickup and drop off communicative host. would have been nice if pickup parking was covered so be prepared to pay to get out of airport lot after pickup.

Very nice car, super clean!

The car quality was very good. It was very comfortable with plenty of room for what we needed. The car was parked a day earlier than our trip start time, which we were unaware of and had to pay the parking fee for.

Host was great! As well as the car, pick up

Tint was a bit dark on front windows for good night time visibility seat covers were impressive car was great thanks

Everything was awesome!

Perfect

Great car for the weekend! We ran into one issue, but the host was very responsive and we were able to resolve it quickly. Easy pick up and drop off at LAX. Would definitely rent again!

Great, easy car. Worked out perfect!

Car was clean and well maintained and very easy to pickup and drop off. Perfect car for exploring Portland and the surrounding area

Car is new and very fuel efficient. Lane assist and adaptive cruise control help with long drives. Also has wireless android auto and car play. Would book again

Good car. easy to use. Back up camera only worked sometimes.

Communication was great and the ride was smooth. Will definitely book again with Vu when we visit Portland again

Host was very accommodating and helpful throughout the trip! Car was excellent on gas mileage and getting around to explore the beautiful scenery Oregon has to offer! Thank you!

The car was clean and pickup/drop-off was easy. The owner was friendly and communicative throughout the process.

Car was great! Easy to drive!

Awesome car and host! Vu was very communicative and helpful. Highly recommend!

Very communicative, clean vehicle, great for the Portland area! Cannot say enough good things about the vehicle being clean and an overall nice vehicle!

The car quality was great, the car ran very smoothly and the whole process was very easy.

Thanks for your car, good car!

Very good experience. Getting the vehicle and returning the vehicle was easy.

Very clean and easy airport pickup and drop off

The host was very accommodating but the car was not even close to ‘as advertised’. All pictures showed a Tesla Model 3 in perfect condition. Upon pickup the host told me not to worry about washing the car because it had been rear ended and the tailgate didn’t close properly. The rear damage was significant. Not only was the rear of the car hit, but the passenger side had been hit below the passenger door and had significant damage there as well. When I questioned the host he said ‘the car has wear and tear’ and when pressed he said ‘I am dealing with insurance on the damage and I will offer a 5% discount’. I’ve used OreGO Rentals for several years on business and personal travel and this was the first issue I’ve ever encountered.

Excellent host. Very responsive and I loved the Lexus. The car was in great condition and perfect for my needs over the weekend family wedding. We picked up the car at the airport and dropped off easily. Would love to use this again. I highly recommend.

Nice, clean ride…everything functions properly

Car was clean and owner was easy to communicate with. A perfect fit for our extended stay in Oregon.

Car was great and in great shape! Only regret is not requesting airport pickup/drop off, but the car was great!

Great rental, super easy and great communication. Will definitely use again when I’m in the Portland area. They were accommodating with getting a child seat and pick up and drop off was a synch.

Easy to find and get into. Great car. Not as much room for luggage as we thought. Not this car, but will def use this host again

Car was amazing. Pickup and drop of process was clear

Easy interaction. Nice car.

Amazing host. Toan went above and beyond to make sure every step was swift and successful. This is a true professional. The truck is an A+ ride and Toan is an A+ host. Thank you so much, Senor!

Toan was awesome from the jump! Just great communication and showed me the car had the charger there as well! Just a great experience. Will use again!

Clean and reliable car, communicative host, will book again!
