Vu is a excellent host. Great communicator and very easy to work with. The car is a fantastic, roomy and well maintained SUV. I would not hesitate to rent it again.

Car was in immaculate condition and felt brand new. Mechanically it drove perfectly and I had no issues. Host was highly communicative and easy to work with. Pickup and drop off was seamless and smooth. 10/10 would highly recommend and rent from again.

Host was hard to communicate issues with, car was barely half charged and caused us to be stranded out on the Oregon coast and had to pay out of pocket at several charging station so we could safely get home.

Vu's customer service skill are exceptional! This was my first car rental with OreGO Rentals and was eager to make sure I was taking care to follow my pick up and drop off instructions exactly. Vu was very responsive with any questions I had. I even met him briefly during my pick up as he was working with another customer close by. His car was immaculately clean and exactly as advertised. 10 out of 10!

As for the host, they were professional, friendly, and extremely responsive. They answered all my questions promptly and made the whole process seamless. I’d definitely rent from them again!

Nice car! Lots of space but still small and easy to park. Sportier than I expected it to be. The adaptive cruise control is a nice feature.

OreGO Rentals was very responsive and everything went perfectly. The car was in brand new condition and performed perfectly. Check in/out process was ez and exactly as expected. We needed to adjust our reservation during the trip and it was very easy. If I am in the area again I would for sure use OreGO Rentals again and I recommend anyone do so. 10/10

Great host and car! We had to swap the day before our trip due to a recall on the original car we chose. OreGO Rentals gave us a call and worked with us to get a new vehicle and was very accommodating. The car we ended up with was in perfect condition and worked well for our trip. I would highly recommend OreGO Rentals and will be renting from him again on our next trip to Portland.
