Car's a few years old but in great condition and a fun ride. Driving position a bit difficult if you're over 6'1". Gas mileage is amazing!

Clean and convenient

Had a great experience with the car. It was easy to pick up- the host gave detailed instructions that were easy to follow. The car was clean and in great shape. It was comfortable and worked perfectly for our group. I would definitely rent this car the next time I'm in Portland.

The car was very clean, spacious, comfortable and the ride was very smooth. We were really appreciative the Host was quick to respond and having known he was there for anything we needed regarding the car was great. The pickup location was perfect and the area was well lit so we felt comfortable getting to the car since it was night time.

The car has a few scratches and dings that don’t appear to be from rental use, but it’s a CT200h - it drives great, is super comfortable, and is fun to drive.

Vu made the rental process smooth and stress-free. The Toyota Sienna was clean, comfortable, and ran perfectly—great for our trip. Communication was quick and easy, and pickup/drop-off were hassle-free. I’d definitely rent from Vu again!

Everything from booking to picking up the car to returning the car was fantastic. I cannot express enough gratitude to Vu. My wife left her laptop under the passenger seat and Vu worked quickly with me to get it back to us even after we were delayed returning the car! The car was perfect for our needs through our stay in Oregon.

Wish I could give 10 stars. I made a horrible mess in which I could not find my license at time to pick up. OreGO Rentals and OreGO Rentals were both outstandingly kind, patient and professional dealing with my mistake. I never even went to go pick up because, still no ID :/ I stant communication, and truly human understanding. I certainly hope to rent again.... When I find my ID. 10/5 stars.
