Our rental was great! Easy pick up and drop off. The vehicle was immaculate and the service was wonderful.

The car is in excellent condition, we really liked it we were a family of 5 adults & 1 kid, we all fit perfectly fine.

This was my first trip with OreGO Rentals and I wish it had been a good one. The car that I rented had no working air conditioning and when I let the owner know he already knew about it and gave me the car anyway without disclosing it. So I asked him if he had another car to swap with me because we are having 80+° days and it's just way too hot for no air conditioning in a car. He said he did not but the next day I checked on OreGO Rentals and found that he did have another car and asked him about it. He texted me an hour and a half later that it had already been rented to someone else. The second thing that I found wrong was that the windshield washer was either out of fluid or it didn't work. I'm not sure which. Then that afternoon when I was running errands with it I was pulled over and given a warning because the tags were bad on the car. The transaction should not have taken place, if only because of the air conditioning that he knew about. OreGO Rentals did refund half of the trip after I called them.

The car was great for what I needed on this trip, host was responsive and easy to talk to. Car is great on gas and easy to drive my only issue is that with being a 2024 I would expect there to be automatic seats not old school levers and I would have thought it would have push start.

Sercan was communicative and friendly! Car was clean and in excellent condition. Would book a trip with Sercan again!

We love Vu’s 2024 Subaru Accent and had a fantastic experience. The car was spotless when we picked it up, and we really appreciated the safety package that gave us peace of mind during our trip. This was our first OreGO Rentals booking and things couldn't have been better! Vu was quick to answer questions and super accommodating regarding child car seats, which as any parent would probably agree is a big inconvenience of traveling. Vu provided a detailed description of the location of the car, and even had to help me over the phone with the lockbox. The car is basically brand new and drives as such. Great gas mileage too! I'll definitely book with Vu again the next time I'm in the area!

We unfortunately had a few hiccups along the way with this rental, but he remained professional and communicative the whole time and we were able to have a great trip. This was a great reminder that everyone is human and things happen, but it’s important for both parties to communicate and have understanding. Despite the complications, I would rent from him again.

We really enjoyed the Tesla and drove out to both Hood River and Astoria/Seaside from Portland. We had no issues. Renting with Toan is simple and straightforward. Superchargers are conveniently located throughout the area and made our trip feel relaxed with natural breaks for fresh air and snacks along the way.
