This trip was to spend time with my daughter who has been away at college. I only had a short amount of time so it helped that the car was brought to me. It saved me a lot of time. Car was clean and well maintained. Great and gas mileage. Vu was very accommodating from the time I booked till the time my trip ended. He checked in to make sure the car was right for what I needed to do. Vu even offered me to keep the car overnight. But I had to leave early the next morning. He was very descriptive in how to lock up the car and prepare it to be picked up. I will 100% tent from Vu again 👍🏽

Customer service was good, team was responsive and communicated well. getting the car was easy. The cost for the delivery was fair. Car was delivered on time to the right location. The car operated without issue, as expected. However, there was maintenance issues with the car. The car appeared to be very clean, but the moment sunshine hit the windshield directly. It was nearly impossible to see the road due to a film across the inside of the windshield likely caused from vaping/e-cigarettes inside the vehicle that the napkins in the car could not wipe away. also, one of the tires was a different size than the other three, it was very noticeable immediately and is not good for the longevity of the vehicle. having different size tires, especially this significantly, can damage the all-wheel-drive system, it can also cause stability, control, and traction control systems to not function as intended. It made me feel worried that taking proper care of the vehicle and my safety was not a priority for the host.

The car was easy to find, clean, and the host was so accommodating. He responded quickly and was very kind! The car drives great and really good on gas!

I was very happy with the car — it drove smoothly, and I had zero issues throughout the rental. In fact, I ended up extending my booking for a few extra days because I needed more time and the car was perfect for it. It was super easy to find the car, the host responded quickly, and the vehicle was clean and ready to go. I appreciated having CarPlay — that was important for me — and the car actually had more space than I expected. I even went to buy luggage and was able to fit two suitcases in the trunk without a problem. I parked in a pretty tight parking spot, and it was still very comfortable to handle. I’d definitely recommend this car to anyone considering it.

I booked this vehicle in April & trip was at the end of May. It was my first time ever using OreGO Rentals. The vehicle was great, clean, enjoyable and had good gas mileage, which is a big reason I booked this car. I really wanted to rate higher because overall the communication and experience was good. However, the tags for this vehicle were expired 4/2025 & that’s when I had booked it. This in my opinion isn’t something that a renter/customer should have to worry about due to policies for OreGO Rentals and the hosts. I had picked up the vehicle in PDX & drove to the Port Angeles Ferry to go to Canada, which unfortunately is where I realized the tags were expired. Thankfully entering & returning from Canada wasn’t an issue this time, but very well could’ve been & thankfully I didn’t get any citations for expired tags. The host did offer to trade a different vehicle, but it wasn’t a viable option once issue had been established & the tags should’ve been updated prior to booking. OreGO Rentals also shouldn’t have allowed booking if the tags were expired. Overall it was a good experience with this host & vehicle, but the expired tags could’ve been a huge issue, which is why I had to rate a bit lower.

Everything worked out as planned… But the best part was that I asked Vu if I could just meet him at his house and have him drive me to the airport since I had such a large bag. I didn’t want to have to walk it all the way from long-term parking. So that was extremely helpful and I really appreciated it.

Very organized and easily available to pick up and drop off. Easier by far than renting from a car rental. The car was in good and clean condition. We never had any problems!

I really enjoyed driving Toan’s Tesla for a getaway weekend with my partner! While there are a few things to get used to in a vehicle like this, it was pretty enjoyable and didn’t take that long to get comfortable with. Overall had a blast and would definitely rent a vehicle like this again. Toan was really responsive and helpful during the whole process. Pro tip: I definitely recommend downloading the Tesla app to use as a companion, it unlocked some cool features.
